Conceptual definition of gender and related terms. Introduction to Gender Mainstreaming. Principles of Gender Mainstreaming. Challenges and gender-related constraints to poverty reduction. Gender Analysis. The World Bank and Gender Mainstreaming. Minimum Standards for mainstreaming gender equality. Gender mainstreaming skills and strategies. Gender policy, indicator and planning.
