Second Semester

The course is a further study on project and logistics management. It is made up 5 sections. Section one reviews basic management theories and practices while section two dwells on Change management. Sections 3 and 4 present fundamentals of project management and advances in Project/programme management respectively. The last part (section 5) evaluates contemporary research in Logistics and Project manangement.
